I read a report about what Pope Francis said to the Rota yesterday. The Rota is among other responsible for marriage annulment proceedings:

Yes, the section Sacraments of my draft is far from being finished and contains maybe rubbish. Can we really say that a marriage should simply end when both partners agree that it is over? Don’t the children have a right to speak there? And who speaks for them if they are too young to speak?
