In spiritual communion with the Church

The last time I had a physical Eucharist was on 2022-06-23 in a Holy Mass together with my mother in her retirement home in Eupen.

Since then I simply did not yet have time to physically participate in a Eucharist. I am so busy with Lutherans on Sundays. Every Sunday I attended some Lutheran service in Räpina, Kose, Käsmu, Vigala and Tallinn, and when they asked why I didn’t participate in their armulaud, I explained that the Catholics in Estonia would unfortunately excommunicate me if I’d do so. I got used to having spiritual communion instead.
